What you will do

• Serve as a senior finance partner to executive leadership for strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Architect and implement financial infrastructure and frameworks to support international expansion and multi-entity compliance.
• Perform scenario analysis and risk assessments to inform executive decision-making.
• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow trends to communicate the organization's financial narrative.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Finance Operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial modeling.
• Partner with Donor Development to interpret giving trends and assess revenue forecasts.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Advanced technical proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Strong critical thinking skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Commitment to upholding and representing the beliefs of hirify.global as a minister.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-entity, or international organizations.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving strategic financial decisions.
• Nonprofit or ministry experience.
