Director - Global Finance, Kalrez (Advanced Electronics Manufacturing): Providing financial leadership, planning, forecasting, and decision support for a global $300–$400M Kalrez business with an accent on strategic planning, performance management, and financial governance. Focus on building financial models, translating performance data into business recommendations, and strengthening controls and SOX compliance across a global organization.
Location: Hybrid role with in-office requirements in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. Candidates within commuting distance are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do
- Act as a financial advisor to the Vice President and General Manager of Kalrez.
- Partner with global leadership on business strategy, growth initiatives, and strategic planning.
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analyze business performance and financial drivers, delivering actionable insights.
- Support complex decisions through financial modeling and decision support.
- Ensure accurate financial results, internal controls, SOX compliance, and finance governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, costing, or business partnering.
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial data into business recommendations.
- Experience in a global, cross-functional environment with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and corporate governance.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced business degree.
- Experience in high-growth manufacturing, industrial, technology, or semiconductor businesses.
- Knowledge of S&OP planning processes and financial systems.
- Experience leading through influence in a global matrix organization.
