Director, FP&A – Consolidations & Cash Flow (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Columbus, Ohio, United States

Base pay range: $129,400–$215,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead consolidation of financial results, forecasts, annual plans, risks, opportunities, and multi-year outlooks across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Own and improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise performance management processes.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, variance analyses, recommendations, and performance updates.
• Lead free cash flow, operating cash flow, balance sheet planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Corporate Finance, shared services, operational leaders, FP&A teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the financial consolidations and cash flow reporting team while driving scalable processes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading financial consolidations, forecasting, planning, and enterprise performance management processes.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial reporting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business partnering, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional certification.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, pharmaceutical services, or complex matrixed organizations.
• Columbus, Ohio location is highly preferred.
• Experience improving financial planning and reporting through automation and standardization.
• Advanced knowledge of cash flow management, working capital analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
