What you will do

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle management from scoping and planning through execution and launch.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to define timelines and resource requirements for new features and AI-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate client-facing implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding of schools and districts.
• Track and incorporate emerging AI tools and methodologies into project workflows to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Identify risks and blockers early, and proactively communicate status to stakeholders across the organization.
• Translate technical requirements, including AI features, into actionable plans for non-technical school administrators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS, EdTech, or technology company.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits like 401k).
• Strong communicator able to distill complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity.

Nice to have

• PMP or other professional project management certifications.
• Background in K-12 education or working with school district clients.
• Experience managing software implementation or customer onboarding projects.
• Prior exposure to AI product development cycles or working alongside ML/AI engineering teams.
