What you will do

• Lead daily operations of the fulfillment center, specifically overseeing lottery ticket order processing.

• Oversee inventory, supplies, facility maintenance, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Execute cash balance reporting and support daily operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Availability to support a continuous operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to improve operational processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong experience in personnel management, including hiring and performance management.
• Proficiency with common software, specifically Microsoft Excel.
