What you will do

• Supervise daily operations of assigned show venues, ensuring staff alignment and process adherence.
• Manage labor and non-labor budgets, tracking expenses and reporting variances.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development support to direct reports and leads.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, conducting regular venue inspections and incident reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and training for new personnel.
• Act as Incident Command for guest and employee injuries, facilitating recovery and communication.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time onsite at Universal Studios Hollywood.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in one-on-one and group settings.
• Demonstrated experience in managing others, including performance assessment and corrective action.
• Proficiency in project management, including designing plans and monitoring status updates.
• Physical ability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds.
