Fleet Tire Sales Manager (Automotive): Driving sales of new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related services across assigned hirify.global locations with an accent on market share expansion and profit goals. Focus on re-engaging target accounts, executing strategic sales plans, and building strong customer relationships in a B2B environment.

Location: Hybrid (US, Texas - Home Office). Candidate must have the flexibility and willingness to travel.

What you will do

  • Drive sales of new and retreaded commercial truck tires and associated products and services.
  • Re-engage 75 Target Accounts through strategic planning and execution aligned with operating budgets.
  • Promote the Total hirify.global Program, executing marketing initiatives and promotional pricing strategies.
  • Manage customer engagement through regular sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting.
  • Conduct monthly fleet surveys for Target Accounts and lead Retread Plant Tours to educate customers.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Direct selling experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Experience managing a sales team within a B2B environment.
  • Understanding of commercial tire product applications (experience in auto, light truck, and off-the-road tire products is desired).
