What you will do

  • Lead daily business unit operations to ensure safe and efficient production performance.
  • Execute growth strategies and maximize production asset utilization in coordination with Sales.
  • Manage key leaders and establish performance goals aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support critical customer engagements, talent development, and major capital investments.
  • Communicate organizational strategy, priorities, and results to employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant business experience, including knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and performing budgeting/financial analysis.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Ability to work effectively across all leadership levels and resolve customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience handling confidential business information.
