NAETC Plant Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead plant safety systems and drive a strong safety culture.
• Own all aspects of plant performance (SPQRCE) and business plan deployment.
• Manage labor relations and partner with HR on talent strategy and UAW contract execution.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and capital planning.
• Champion Industry 4.0 and closed-loop digital manufacturing simulation and feedback loops.
• Represent NAETC with internal stakeholders, global partners, and the local community.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Tool & Die, stamping, or BIW engineering/manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience leading salaried and UAW-represented skilled trades teams.
• Deep expertise in stamping processes and the full die value stream.
• Working knowledge of digital metrology (laser scanning, CMM) and data-driven process correction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship (H1-B, OPT, STEM OPT, etc.) now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing or engineering organizations.
• Experience with stamping simulation/virtual validation (e.g., AutoForm).
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in manufacturing or process optimization.
