What you will do

• Manage district costs by monitoring actual vs. forecast expenses and participating in annual cost forecasting.
• Oversee parts inventory accuracy and cost-effectiveness in compliance with operational guidelines.
• Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction by tracking performance metrics and managing escalations.
• Recruit, interview, and manage the performance of field service personnel, providing continuous feedback and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Coordinate site coverage according to service contracts and ensure strict enforcement of safety rules.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to Field Engineers regarding complex technical issues and service responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical service or installation experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Ability to analyze data and understand income statements to execute risk-minimizing business decisions.
• Availability to be flexible and available 24x7.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
