What you will do

• Take full ownership of design problems from framing and discovery through to delivery.
• Flex between directing the design effort and producing high-fidelity work in Figma.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate ambiguous requirements into testable solutions.
• Execute the iterative design cycle, utilizing usability validation to drive outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and strategic sessions with executive stakeholders.
• Mentor other designers and establish higher quality standards across the team.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Experience in consultancy, agency, or embedded-team settings managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven track record of improving existing live products (non-greenfield) with measurable results.
• Strong visual and UI judgment for complex forms, hierarchies, and layouts.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering on live implementations.
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops and business reviews with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated domains like finance, banking, compliance, or GRC.
• Experience with software embedded in third-party platforms.
• Proficiency with mature component libraries (e.g., MUI).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
