Salary: $90,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, taking ideas from early concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps and solve user problems.
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops.
• Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure a cohesive experience across the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing intuitive web applications.
• Proven track record of shipping complex B2B or SaaS products.
• Strong proficiency in UX, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to think in systems and patterns.
• Must be based in the USA; no visa sponsorship available.
