What you will do

• Build and maintain sophisticated, scalable wireframes that communicate functionality to developers and clients.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder and business goals into clear, executable design paths.
• Iterate on wireframes rapidly based on evolving requirements and user feedback in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality handoffs.
• Apply deep UX best practices to keep complex enterprise tools intuitive and accessible.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products (SaaS, dashboards, or complex enterprise tools).
• Proven ability to map out complex user journeys and edge cases.
• Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Design, Lovable, Figma Make).
• Completed Bachelor’s degree program.
• A portfolio demonstrating a structured process for solving complex UX problems.
• Strong creative communication skills for collaborative discussions.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with 3D interaction design.
• Experience in UX Research and Optimization (Usability Testing, User Interviews, A/B testing).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards within design.
