What you will do

• Design scalable and intuitive solutions for complex, data-heavy workflows.
• Take full ownership of features from early discovery and research to final delivery.
• Simplify complex systems and interconnected flows into clear user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to align on priorities, constraints, and technical trade-offs.
• Ensure UI consistency and usability across the entire platform.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate design exploration and improve decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products.
• Proven track record with complex systems, data-heavy interfaces, and multi-step workflows.
• Ability to think systemically and manage cross-product dependencies.
• Experience taking features end-to-end from exploration to execution.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity independently.
• Strong communication skills for explaining design decisions to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related domains.
