What you will do

• Deliver and design technology projects, evolving digital products and services within complex ecosystems.
• Create experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes at multiple fidelity levels.
• Contribute to the evolution of Design Platforms and Design Systems, aligning design decisions with product and engineering strategy.
• Lead discovery and research activities, translating findings into concrete product and platform-level decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and develop design strategies that connect user insights to business direction.
• Mentor less-experienced designers and contribute to the broader design community.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience across the full design cycle: discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Expertise in prototyping at multiple fidelity levels as a core practice.
• Experience contributing to Design Systems or Design Platforms in a product context.
• Ability to lead research using methods like contextual inquiry, moderated interviews, and usability testing.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required (non-negotiable).
• Essential experience with Enterprise/SaaS products for Web and Mobile.
