What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from user research to high-fidelity execution and developer hand-off.
• Establish design vision, processes, and best practices as the first dedicated design hire.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Design data-heavy, enterprise-grade software with a strong focus on usability and clarity.
• Build and scale a cohesive design system to support product growth.
• Engage directly with users and clients to continuously refine and improve the product.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and eligible for security clearance.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid model based in Arlington, VA.
• 3+ years of experience designing enterprise-level or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working on data-rich platforms (e.g., financial or scientific domains).
• Proven ability to establish design systems or processes from scratch in early-stage environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
