Senior Product Designer (Medtech)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Brazil, with hubs in Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, and São Paulo. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.

What you will do

• Help shape the long-term product strategy with product leadership.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
• Develop concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for digital products.
• Test designs with users, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor product performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize user flows.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating interfaces and digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design skills.
• Experience with user research, stakeholder evaluation, UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of web and mobile development principles, design culture, usability, and flow evaluation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
