What you will do

• Drive long-term product strategy in collaboration with product leadership to influence the overall product roadmap.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify opportunities for UX improvement.
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for digital products.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces based on design patterns and usability standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers and Product Managers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance and iteratively optimize the user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating interfaces and digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product design skills.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of web and mobile development principles.
• Experience in identifying and solving flow bottlenecks.
