Salary: $200,000 - $350,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead a new team building AI agents to eliminate repetitive engineering workflows and reduce toil.
- Define and own the agent roadmap, prioritization, and success metrics.
- Contribute hands-on to prototyping, coding, and solving technical challenges.
- Establish evaluation frameworks for agent performance, including LLM-as-judge and golden tasks.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and DevX teams to integrate agents into core workflows.
- Drive high engineering standards through design documents and RFCs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in engineering management.
- Proven experience shipping production systems featuring agentic or automation-heavy workflows.
- Strong hands-on coding proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience building systems that interact with APIs, tools, and external services.
- Ability to define metrics and rigorously evaluate system performance.
- Employment visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
Nice to have
- Experience building developer tooling or internal platforms.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks or orchestration systems.
- Experience working in monorepo environments.
- Startup or early-stage (0→1) team scaling experience.
