What you will do

• Coordinate work in specific production areas to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality.
• Assist supervisors and managers in ensuring productivity and department goals are consistently met.
• Influence, motivate, and lead a team to accomplish operational goals and take accountability for task completion.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Utilize computer consoles and systems to complete work activities and track progress.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for most of a shift and perform physical activities, including lifting and moving materials.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment under time pressure.
