Salary: $76,000 - $78,000 USD annual

What you will do

• Prioritize client mailings to ensure SEC compliance and contractual requirements are met.
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 15-30 fulfillment clerks and production assistants.
• Coordinate resources across all departments to maximize efficiency and maintain high quality standards.
• Monitor production lines and machine throughput to minimize downtime.
• Manage labor levels, utilizing outside temp agencies to adjust workforce based on volume.
• Maintain and sustain a 5S safety environment and facilitate associate cross-training.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in El Dorado Hills, CA.
• Must be available for the overnight shift (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM PT).
• 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• 2-3 years of print maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
