What you will do

• Coordinate employee activities and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals.
• Drive continuous improvements to production programs through Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
• Measure KPIs and develop/implement countermeasures to ensure production schedules are met.
• Enforce and maintain high standards for safety, housekeeping, and general maintenance.
• Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement and manage department discipline.
• Maintain daily timekeeping and production records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Experience working in a unionized facility.
• Knowledge of machine set-up, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as required.
