Salary: $138,000 – $172,500

What you will do

• Manage client engagements from planning through completion, including budgeting and execution.
• Supervise, train, and mentor senior associates, associates, and interns on tax projects.
• Perform primary reviews of ASC 740 income tax provision engagements.
• Research and consult on complex tax matters using professional tax software.
• Respond to inquiries from the IRS, state, and other tax authorities.
• Maintain strong relationships with client management and staff to gather information and perform tax services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA or JD/active law license required.
• 4-7 years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes and US GAAP.
• Knowledge of state and local income taxes, international taxation, and transfer pricing.
• Must be able to travel as needed.

• Experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency with OneSource Tax Provision.
