Tax Manager (Flowthrough)

Location: Open to candidates nationwide (USA). Those within 45 minutes of a hirify.global office are expected to follow a hybrid schedule.

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 a year

What you will do

• Maintain and develop primary client relationships for tax compliance and consulting matters.
• Provide tax services for flow-through clients in Real Estate, Crypto, VC, PE, and Wine industries.
• Minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities for a diverse client base.
• Oversee complex tax research projects and develop strategic implementation plans.
• Mentor and lead tax seniors and associates through work review and career guidance.
• Develop innovative financial planning ideas to meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Licensed CPA or EA certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional services organization with a taxation focus.
• Working knowledge of tax compliance and consulting across varying industries.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Must be based in the United States.
