What you will do
- Own and scale paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, CTV) managing a $40M+ budget to meet cost and volume targets.
- Build a high-velocity creative and experimentation engine for generating and testing new ad concepts and audiences.
- Partner cross-functionally with design, analytics, and product marketing to strengthen full-funnel performance.
- Deliver robust reporting, forecasts, and insights to drive daily and annual actionable decisions.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion flows to maximize the efficiency of acquisition programs.
- Stay current on paid social trends, privacy shifts, and emerging AI capabilities with a focus on HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience running performance-focused paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to drive direct-response outcomes (CPL, CPA) with data to prove impact.
- Highly analytical mindset, comfortable with platform data, pipeline metrics, and attribution.
- Strong critical thinking, process-driven approach, and a bias for action.
- Experience in high-growth B2B tech environments or startups.
- Must have US work authorization (E-Verify participant).
