What you will do

• Develop and implement paid media strategies focused on user acquisition and brand visibility via Paid Social.
• Manage 5-10 client accounts with aggregate monthly spends between $80,000 and $3M.
• Optimize short-form video and direct response creatives to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze key KPIs including CPA, CAC, iROAS, and MER to drive month-over-month revenue increases.
• Conduct competitive research and brand audits to refine value propositions and targeting.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to forecast budgets and plan quarterly strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of paid media experience, specifically with Meta Ads.
• 5+ years managing paid social for consumer brands with $400k+ monthly spend.
• Expertise in developing and optimizing high-converting advertisement copy and short-form video.
• Deep understanding of the e-commerce marketing funnel from offer to conversion.
• Proven track record of data-derived decision-making and budget forecasting.
