What you will do

• Own and scale the paid social program across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat to ensure ROI-positive growth.
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, audience targeting, creative rotation, and algorithm optimization.
• Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps for creative formats, messaging angles, and catalog feed improvements.
• Monitor budgets and pacing with rigor and provide weekly, monthly, and annual performance forecasting.
• Collaborate with SEO, product, lifecycle, and creative teams to optimize the conversion funnel.
• Lead the strategy for dynamic product ads and retargeting programs to drive incremental conversions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing paid social for direct-to-consumer or ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of managing paid social budgets exceeding $20MM per year.
• Advanced fluency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
• Deep experience in dynamic product ads and catalog campaigns, including feed optimization.
• Strong analytical ability to distill complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Must be based in New York, NY
