Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

What you will do
- Drive growth for travel brands across North America through SEM and strategic management of substantial advertising budgets.
- Define global guidelines and contribute to the development of internal in-house marketing technologies.
- Design and execute testing frameworks for AI and LLM-driven search to enhance the user journey.
- Partner with Commercial, Analytics, and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap for internal marketing platforms.
- Provide technical mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior team members.
- Analyze deep-dive performance data to provide actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns across top search engines.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Deep knowledge of attribution, tracking, advanced automation, scripting, and bidding technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Must be based in and work from the Cambridge, MA office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in the travel industry or high-volume e-commerce environments.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to international markets.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools for performance modeling.
