Salary: $128,000–$168,000

What you will do

• Manage ongoing activities as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.
• Lead internal control efforts and initiate complex continuous improvement activities.
• Actively participate in the implementation of the Company’s new ledger system.
• Identify and implement accounting improvements to increase business value and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Investment Management to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Provide meaningful analysis and coordination for various Investment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of financial reporting experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.
• 4+ years of financial reporting experience specifically on Alternative Investments.
• Location: Based in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Master’s degree or beyond.
• Experience with system implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable stories.
