What you will do

• Review and load financial data from Private Equity clients into internal accounting systems.
• Prepare and review investment structure consolidations and book journal entries for cash payments and accruals.
• Execute third-party reconciliations of investments and cash, and process fund expense payments.
• Calculate capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest according to fund documents.
• Prepare investor allocations and comprehensive NAV packages as per service level agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure smooth service delivery and deadline adherence.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Audit.
• Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, or CA.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
• Knowledge of Private Equity or Private Debt is preferred.
