Implementation Manager (Proptech)

Salary: $117,000 - $127,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage 6-8 customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring product and industry best practices are applied.
• Analyze and collect new customer business requirements to configure hirify.global accounts post-sale.
• Optimize and improve internal implementation processes to increase speed and efficiency.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with product teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, technical consulting, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in New York City to comply with the hybrid work policy (3 days in office).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and other SaaS platforms.
• Background in Commercial Real Estate.
