Salary: $80,000–$150,000 base

What you will do

• Own and solve diverse operational problems across sales, customer ops, recruiting, and finance.
• Manage customer-facing onboarding and success for service business owners.
• Analyze data and solve technical problems using SQL and spreadsheets.
• Build internal tooling, scripts, and documentation to increase team velocity.
• Redesign broken processes and implement high-leverage operational improvements.

Requirements

• Based in the USA or Canada.
• Early-career background: new graduates from competitive schools or 1–2 years of experience at a top startup in ops or chief-of-staff roles.
• Proven ability to think in systems and make decisions with incomplete information.
• High resilience and ability to remain calm in chaotic, fast-moving environments.
• Commitment to 60–70 hour work weeks during the current growth phase.
