What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for cloud-based accounts payable automation solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers throughout their entire onboarding journey.
• Guide clients through technical integration processes and provide expert problem-solving assistance.
• Oversee project timelines and tasks to keep customers on track and exceed expectations.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base by capturing lessons learned to empower colleagues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Plano, Texas office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
• Technical ability to read and debug web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls).
