What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI and automation across the business.
• Build internal AI products, agent infrastructure, and supporting systems across tools, data, and platforms.
• Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping to launch and iteration.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and quality controls for AI outputs.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable in partnership with operations, IT, and security teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to raise the bar for AI adoption within the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or solutions engineering.
• 2+ years of experience building and operating production software or AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering in cloud-native environments, specifically Google Cloud.
• Ability to design scalable and secure AI automation architectures across APIs and integrations.
• English: Clear communication skills required for working across distributed teams.
• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria for hybrid work options.
