Mid-Level Python Developer (GenAI)

What you will do

• Build stateful agentic workflows, prompt templates, and tool-calling flows using frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents with internal and external APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and structured outputs.
• Implement safeguards for user-facing AI features, including rate limiting, content moderation, and guardrails.
• Apply prompt evaluation, tracing, and monitoring practices to improve the reliability of AI components.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and QA to integrate GenAI features into product architectures.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-driven workflows with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Practical experience integrating LLM APIs and provider platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval patterns, including Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Strong async Python skills and experience building REST APIs with FastAPI.
• Familiarity with AI guardrails, evaluation techniques, and observability tools such as Langfuse or MLflow.
• Professional English fluency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Familiarity with tool-calling standards or protocols such as MCP or A2A.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern Python tooling such as uv, Poetry, or Ruff.
• German language skills at B2+ level.
