Focus on integrating vector databases, optimizing AI reliability through prompt engineering and evaluation, and deploying scalable solutions in Azure.

What you will do
- Build AI-powered applications with modern LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python, server-side JavaScript, and .NET.
- Create React web applications and contribute across the full stack.
- Design APIs, microservices, and system integrations for distributed systems.
- Develop SQL, NoSQL, and vector database solutions for AI workloads.
- Build data pipelines, ETL/ELT flows, and AI knowledge repositories, then deploy and operate solutions in Azure cloud environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
- Professional experience with Python, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, and .NET backend frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, semantic search, and AI evaluation.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, integration patterns, data modeling, query optimization, and pipeline development.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Redis, and vector stores such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring systems, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic AI platforms and advanced workflow orchestration.
- MLOps and AI governance experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
