Compensation: $65,000 - $105,000 USD (TTCC)

What you will do
- Drive new business pipeline by prospecting into dental and healthcare practices across the U.S.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach using calls, emails, and social media to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and convert interest into booked meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline within the CRM to ensure accurate follow-up.
- Educate prospective customers on the value of the platform and its integration capabilities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategic outreach plans and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of sales, customer-facing, or outbound experience (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills, especially for phone-based outreach.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and handling objections.
- High level of organization and self-motivation to manage multiple prospects.
- Location: Based in San Francisco, CA.
