TL;DR

Manager, Provider Partnerships (Healthcare): Building and growing referral partnerships with medical practices and health systems to increase access to psychiatric care with an accent on field engagement and relationship management. Focus on prospecting new medical practices, managing account growth, and optimizing referral workflows.

Location: Must be based in or around Atlanta or Athens, GA (approximately 75% territory travel required).

Salary: $85K – $105K + uncapped commission.

What you will do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders.
  • Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to increase referral volume and provider satisfaction.
  • Execute strategic territory plans and lead in-office visits, presentations, and community outreach.
  • Establish workflows and troubleshoot barriers to ensure smooth referral processes.
  • Maintain accurate account activity using CRM (HubSpot).

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare field sales, physician liaison, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Experience influencing clinicians and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
