What you will do

• Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate performance across margins and operating expenses, specifically for payroll and non-labor costs.
• Build and maintain department-level budgets and company-wide forecasts in alignment with operational goals.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Business Operations, and Engineering to drive performance.
• Manage data accuracy and improve reporting efficiency using NetSuite, Google Sheets, and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A with an emphasis on global payroll and month-end operations.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver change, streamline processes, and influence stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
• Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment.
