TL;DR

Sr. Incentive Compensation Analyst (SaaS): Develop, deliver, and execute incentive compensation plans including commission calculations, plan administration, reporting, and analysis. Focus on accurate payments, sales partnership, process improvements, and supporting Finance and Revenue leaders with metrics and forecasts.

Raleigh, NC. This role is based in our Raleigh office. Hybrid culture: in-office 3 days per week unless designated remote.

$88,500 - $106,000 plus annual bonus and equity (Raleigh, NC).

What you will do

  • Calculate monthly and quarterly commission payments, submit reports to payroll, and maintain records.
  • Distribute compensation letters to new hires and educate them on plans and statements.
  • Develop metrics, analyses, reconciliations, reporting, forecasts, and budget support for leaders.
  • Support plan implementation, testing, issue identification, and resolution with stakeholders.
  • Serve as primary contact for Sales on commission inquiries, ensuring timely and confidential responses.
  • Evaluate and improve commission processes, documenting for consistency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or related.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, detail-oriented skills for compensation data and calculations.
  • Strong time management to handle monthly/quarterly deadlines.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication for Sales inquiries.
  • Strong Excel/Google Suite: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs.
  • Builder mindset: define paths, shape solutions, act as strategic advisor.
  • AI-curious: integrate AI to enhance work, communication, and thinking.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS company.
  • Administering commissions in Xactly, CaptivateIQ, SPIFF, or CallidusCloud.
  • Salesforce.com experience.
