Salary: $160,000 – $195,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Compensation Analysts focused on processing, reporting, and field support.
  • Design and implement scalable, market-competitive commission plans aligned with company strategy and benchmarks.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of global commission payouts in partnership with Finance.
  • Manage system enablement using Salesforce, SPIFF, and analytics tools to ensure reliable operations.
  • Direct the creation of dashboards and data models to support forecasting and compensation governance.
  • Drive process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in commission operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, business analysis, or finance, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading analysts or operations teams.
  • Must be based in the United States for work authorization and compensation eligibility.
