Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ engineers across seniority levels
• Own end-to-end delivery of patient-facing product from scoping and architecture to deployment
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to refine requirements and ensure feasibility
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, observability, and system design
• Contribute hands-on by reviewing PRs, unblocking team, and writing code when needed
• Recruit, interview, and onboard talent while surfacing risks and constraints to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Math or equivalent
• 7+ years software engineering, 2+ years people management, experience with 5+ engineers
• Strong product engineering background shipping consumer or B2B2C products
• Experience at Series A/B company in high-ambiguity environment
• Proven partnership with Product/Design and strong system design skills
• Clear communicator with high ownership mindset

• Deep UX empathy and collaboration with design
