Salary: $235,000 - $286,000 OTE

What you will do
- Recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Observability Architects from diverse backgrounds.
- Define and execute impactful customer lifecycle frameworks in collaboration with Engagement Management.
- Employ a servant-based leadership and player/coach approach to balance team needs and field responsibilities.
- Partner with US Sales leadership on customer programs, marketing initiatives, and community events to drive adoption.
- Provide executive sponsorship for key regional accounts and act as a technical thought leader.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are reflected in the product.
Requirements
- Must be located in the PST Timezone.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and 5+ years in the high-tech industry (e.g., TAM Manager, SE Manager, Architect).
- Deep operational expertise in the Grafana Platform (LGTM) or competing observability products.
- Direct experience mentoring, developing people, and managing performance.
- First-class written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in Open Source selling or Cloud-first/Product-led sales go-to-market motions.
