USA: $85,000–$119,000 USD; Canada: $72,000–$101,000 CAD (base salary, plus equity, benefits, PTO).

What you will do
- Own day-to-day recruiting cycles for internship cohorts, managing pipelines, interviews, offers, and candidate/hiring manager communications.
- Support new graduate and junior hiring for engineering/technical roles, including intern-to-full-time conversions.
- Represent on campus: maintain university career centers, student orgs, and community partnerships; plan/execute career fairs, hackathons, info sessions.
- Contribute to employer brand via social copy, event follow-ups, swag management.
- Manage full intern program experience: pre-boarding, Day 1 setup, events, surveys, alumni outreach for future opportunities.
- Flex into broader talent acquisition and project support during slower periods.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in Emerging Talent, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or Early Careers (tech/high-growth preferred).
- Proven full-cycle early-career hiring across functions/cohorts, from req to offer.
- Hands-on with ATS/recruiting tools (Ashby, BrightHire); strong pipeline organization.
- Experience planning/executing on-campus and virtual recruiting events.
- Genuine curiosity about AI: explore tools for sourcing, comms, reporting, candidate experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, data mindset for metrics/recaps/process improvements, self-starter thriving in autonomy/scaling environment.
