What you will do

• Own day-to-day recruiting cycles for internship cohorts, managing pipelines, interviews, offers, and candidate/hiring manager communications.
• Support new graduate and junior hiring for engineering/technical roles, including intern-to-full-time conversions.
• Represent hirify.global on campus: maintain university career centers, student orgs, and community partnerships; plan/execute career fairs, hackathons, info sessions.
• Contribute to employer brand via social copy, event follow-ups, swag management.
• Manage full intern program experience: pre-boarding, Day 1 setup, events, surveys, alumni outreach for future opportunities.
• Flex into broader talent acquisition and project support during slower periods.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in Emerging Talent, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or Early Careers (tech/high-growth preferred).
• Proven full-cycle early-career hiring across functions/cohorts, from req to offer.
• Hands-on with ATS/recruiting tools (Ashby, BrightHire); strong pipeline organization.
• Experience planning/executing on-campus and virtual recruiting events.
• Genuine curiosity about AI: explore tools for sourcing, comms, reporting, candidate experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, data mindset for metrics/recaps/process improvements, self-starter thriving in autonomy/scaling environment.
