Account Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Account Manager (AI Infrastructure): Nurturing and growing relationships with existing customers of an AI cloud platform with an accent on retention and expansion. Focus on driving renewals, upsells, and maximizing client value through technical account planning and ROI analysis.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $130,000 – $250,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, monitoring health metrics and proactively intervening to prevent churn.
• Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells of GPU capacity and premium features.
• Conduct QBRs/MBRs to demonstrate ROI and communicate roadmap updates.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve blockers and advocate for feature enhancements.
• Develop account plans, forecasts, and growth strategies reported to leadership via CRM.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in account management or customer success, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure.
• Strong technical acumen to engage effectively with both developers and executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and analyze usage data for trends.
• Proficiency in CRM, analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer tooling.
