What you will do

• Build and grow a book of carrier partners through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
• Own daily freight execution to ensure shipments are covered and tracked via the proprietary platform.
• Develop trusted carrier relationships to drive long-term engagement and platform adoption.
• Apply tactical sales and negotiation skills to optimize carrier utilization.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Tracking, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate carrier and capacity data in internal systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Chicagoland or San Diego Area.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving instincts.
