Compensation: $65,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Drive inbound and outbound pipelines for corporate ticketing offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception for group ticket sales.
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting to align with team targets.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and the Sales team to enhance commercial impact.
  • Track and report KPIs including SQLs, pipeline value, and closed-won revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education from a top university or business school.
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, specifically in sales or business development.
  • Must be based in Chicago (Hybrid).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the media or events industry.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
