Salary: Base $50,000 - $60,000, OTE $75,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams (ACV $30K - $250K).
• Run high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels.
• Conduct discovery and qualify leads to create meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Track activity and use data to continuously refine conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, TX.
• 1+ years of experience in lead generation or business development.
• Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRMs (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Strong verbal communication skills and a polished telephone presence.
