What you will do

• Prospect new business opportunities via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline for FTL and Intermodal services.
• Manage existing clients to increase bookings, margins, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify key decision makers and present the company pitch effectively.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and enhance product value.
• Continuously refine sales skills through role play, objection handling, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Chicago, IL
• 0-1+ years of sales experience or relevant coursework (entry-level).
• Proven relationship and negotiation capabilities with demonstrated influencing skills.
• High energy and excellent communication skills.
• Driven, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player with a sense of urgency.
