TL;DR

Enterprise Business Development Representative (Social Listening): Drive new client development with Fortune 500 companies across energy, healthcare, marketing, and technology sectors with an accent on insight-led outbound prospecting and executive relationship building. Location: Remote (United States or Canada)

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base + $55K variable (OTE $120K), equity, comprehensive benefits

What you will do

  • Own enterprise prospecting for defined accounts and personas with targeted, context-based outreach.
  • Generate insights from the platform to enhance messaging relevance.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and qualify opportunities precisely.
  • Partner with sales leadership to iterate on effective strategies.
  • Track activities, test approaches, and improve conversion rates continuously.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years as BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role
  • Experience in enterprise prospecting with account research, personalization, and point-of-view development
  • Strong discovery mindset, communication, and questioning skills
  • Coachable, disciplined, with ability to take feedback and improve quickly
  • Sourced deals for Fortune 500 clients previously
  • Exceptional communication for building executive relationships

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with social listening or media monitoring technology
  • Experience prospecting enterprise accounts in platforms
  • Established relationships with Fortune 500 clients
