TL;DR

Focus on integrating sustainable transport solutions into client infrastructure and optimizing fleet performance through strategic account management.

Location: Must be based in North America (Remote/Hybrid with up to 25% travel)

What you will do

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts across North America.
  • Lead the planning and execution of freight transport electrification rollouts for new and existing customers.
  • Manage the complete customer lifecycle from prospecting and contracting to onboarding and expansion.
  • Educate customer teams on equipment, software, and best practices to maximize fleet utilization.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and develop growth plans to increase revenue within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in business development, account management, logistics, or supply chain.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a shipper or customer-facing BD/AM role.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and scaling existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of freight modes, including drayage, intermodal, LTL, and cross-border.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
